We request that Buyers enter their telephone number during check-out. This is so our Courier can contact you should you not be home to accept delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us, we will do what we can to resolve the problem. We request that any queries are made within 7 days of receipt. After which we cannot guarantee a refund.
We check all our items by hand and they are all very well packaged before dispatch. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit
